Payment, Shipping, and Return Policy
Answer: - For most of the silver cufflinks, vintage cufflinks, and some of the men's and women's items, we process our shipping WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS after receiving your order. We mainly use USPS service and occasionally FedEx or UPS. We can ship to most countries. However, we reserve the right to cancel
shipments to countries that may have particular regulations. You are
responsible for customs that might apply in your country.
- However, for custom orders (usually our signature collection's men's rings, and women's rings), please allow 30-45 working days for production and delivery. Shipping insurance can be arranged upon request with additional charges.
- To ensure secure delivery, 360Jewels does not ship orders to P.O.Boxes. We are able to accept P.O.Box addresses for your billing purpose.

> USA $7: USPS 3-day delivery
> International $10: International economy shipping (1-3 weeks)
Answer: We gladly accept refunds and exchanges within 15 days for all items. You will be responsible for the
cost of the return shipping.
Upon receipt of the item and inspection we will quickly make a refund if it is received in the condition that it was sent.
However, custom orders are non-refundable.
