Payment, Shipping, and Return Policy

  • For most of the silver cufflinks, vintage cufflinks, and some of the men's and women's items, we process our shipping WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS after receiving your order. We ship via United States Postal Service.  We can ship to most countries. However, we reserve the right to cancel shipments to countries that may have particular regulations. You are responsible for customs that might apply in your country.

  • Custom orders (usually our signature collection's men's rings, and women's rings) requires a minimum of 30-45 working days for production and delivery.  Shipping insurance can be arranged upon request with additional charges. 

  • To ensure secure delivery, 360Jewels does not ship orders to P.O.Boxes.  We are able to accept P.O.Box addresses for your billing purpose.

  • The following charges apply
              > USA $7: USPS 3-day delivery
              > International $10: International economy shipping (1-3 weeks)



Answer: All custom items are non refundable and non exchangeable. All sales are final.  If an item arrives damaged we will do one of the following:  replace, repair, or refund the purchase. 

We do not provide a warranty for our jewelry.  Each piece is custom made by hand and like all fine jewelry it is delicate.  If an item is damaged you must contact us within 1 day of receiving the item in the mail.  Please email us immediately at info@360jewels.com

Answer: We accept Paypal only.  PayPal is a Web-based application for the secure payments.  Paypal accepts all major credit cards and bank transfer and offers "Industry-Leading Fraud Protection Services".  If you don't have a paypal account yet, it's quick and very easy to create a paypal account for FREE at  www.paypal.com 


Answer: An 8.75% sales tax will be added to purchases for California residents. 


Answer:   We'll provide you a shipping and tracking information by email upon our shipment.  You can sign up for a free package tracking application at www.averytracker.com Enter your tracking numbers and it will automatically update the status.
